Don Van De Riet Great Falls Don has been in the hearing aid industry for over 40 years. He has led our office to national recognition many times for our low return rates and our outstanding performance in the Hearing Industry. He is very family oriented and has built his business accordingly. Don received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006 and has been involved in the Starkey Hearing Foundation through missions and the Gala. He's been married to Kathy for over 44 years and they love to travel the world.

Al McLees Billings Al McLees- is from Billings. He has been in the hearing aid business for 8 years and runs the Billings office. He also takes care of all of Wyoming ’s service centers. He is one of the top consultants in our organization and throughout the USA. He has a wonderful wife (Mary) and has a 12 year old Son that is very high up in the Boy Scouts.

Doug Mengel Great Falls I was hired on in 2002. I have been a PR, managed the missoula office, ordered all new hearing aids and did all repairs for all 6 offices. I hire and train our team throughout Montana. I work with HAI's hard to fit patients and work closly with Sandy to over see general day to day operations. I have contacts throughout the United States so if you have any questions about hearing reguardless of where you live please contact me and I will do my best to help you in any way I can. I have had many hours of classes on the latest technology in hearing aids from Starkey MN, Nuear CA, personal training at the Center of Excellence. I work in all of MT but do spend the majority of my time on the hi-line. Aside from work I enjoy bow hunting, ice fishing, dirtbikes, hiking, rock climbing, caving, and rifle hunting.

Mike Van DeRiet Great Falls Mike has been in the hearing industry for over 20 years. He works the Western Montana area. He is one of the top consultants consistently and helps with training when needed. He is very caring and it shows in his service record. He is married to his wonderful wife (Kim)and they have two teenage boys. He loves to barbeque and the outdoors; hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and motorcycle riding. They are loving the Seeley Lake area.

Sandy Harshaw Great Falls Sandy has been in the hearing industry for over 21 years. After working in the Bozeman and Great Falls areas for the past 15 years, she is now sticking closer to Great Falls and the Hi-Line areas. She helps train office staff across the State and keeps the offices in working order. She has been on one mission to Mexico with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. She has two beautiful daughters that keep her running when not at work. She is a 4-H leader and involved in church.

Collin Andersen Bozeman Collin Andersen is our consultant for the Bozeman area. He began his Hearing aid career in oregon, but wanted to move back to Bozeman where his wife,Kari is originally from. So we now have the pleasure of working with the Andersen family. He has a wonderful wife that has her own internet business (www.momsmakingmoneyfromhome.com) and 3 awesome kids (1 Boy and 2 girls. They are the most outgoing family around. Collin is a hearing instrument user himself, so he has personal experience to draw from when helping his patients.And most recently Kari is working with us part time in the marketing area.
