We have offices throughout Montana in Great Falls, Butte, Missoula, Bozeman, Helena, and Billings. Through our unique network of facilities, we can offer complete hearing testing and repair services to patients scattered throughout the vast regions Montana

If you live in a major population center, you'll find a full-time full-service office near you. If you live in a smaller community or outlying area, our service centers are available to meet your needs each month. This ensures you'll have convenient access to a qualified and licensed hearing aid dispenser--even if you live in the most remote region.

At our service centers, appointments are never necessary and most service is free.

We encourage you to drop by no matter what brand of instruments you wear or where they were purchased. While you wait, we'll clean, adjust and perform minor repairs on your instruments free-of-charge, regardless of the age or warranty status of the instrument. We do this as a community service. Only when an out-of-warranty hearing instrument has a problem serious enough to be sent back to the manufacturer or to an outside repair lab, is there ever a charge.

The Hearing Aid Institute has over 25 service centers in Montana and Wyoming. Some have been in continuous operation for over thirty years.

Each of our consultants is state licensed and the majority, nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.

We provide them with full audiometric testing equipment and all the spare parts, supplies and tools that may be required to service your hearing instruments. So no matter where you go, wheather it be to one of our offices, to one of our numerous service centers or even in the privacy and comfort of your own home, your hearing needs will be taken care of

We are not a franchise. This means we can work with many top manufacturers. Because we cover a large geographic area, quality and reliability are essential to us. Otherwise, we would be overwhelmed by the service needed to adjust or repair defective or poorly fit products. As a result, we dispense on the highest quality instruments appropriate for each individual's need.

Our patients experience great satisfaction with the products we fit. In fact, less than five percent return our hearing aids as compared to the overall national return rate of 21 percent.
